George Martin Sirait, Ph.D., is a distinguished academic and leader currently serving as the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (Unika Atma Jaya). With a profound background in Business Administration and Industrial Relations, Dr. Sirait brings a strategic vision to the university’s governance, ensuring its commitment to excellence in education and social impact.

In his academic capacity, he is an Assistant Professor (Lektor) within the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Communication (FIABIKOM). His expertise spans a broad spectrum of critical global and local issues, including International Business, ASEAN Socio-economic Development, Corporate Governance, and Industrial Relations. Beyond his leadership role, he is a dedicated researcher and advocate for sustainable business practices and labor rights, frequently contributing to high-level academic journals and community development projects.

Fadjar Dwi Wishnuwardhani

Chairperson of the Board of Supervisors | Senior Advisor to the Executive Office of the President (KSP)

Fadjar Dwi Wishnuwardhani is a prominent figure in Indonesian public policy and labor economics, currently serving as a Senior Advisor (Tenaga Ahli Utama) at the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia (Kantor Staf Presiden - KSP). Within KSP, he is a key strategist in Deputy III, which oversees the monitoring and evaluation of strategic economic programs.

With a career deeply rooted in protecting the interests of the Indonesian workforce, Mr. Wishnuwardhani has been instrumental in bridging the gap between government policy and grassroots labor needs. His work at KSP focuses on enhancing national stability by fostering meaningful communication between the state and labor unions, particularly concerning the implementation of the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja).

As the Chairperson of the Board of Supervisors, he leverages his extensive experience in governance and economic analysis to ensure organizational transparency, accountability, and alignment with national development goals.

Mohamad Anis Agung Nugroho

Board Member, Board of Trustees | International Development & Labor Relations Expert

Mohamad Anis Agung Nugroho is a globally recognized expert in labor standards, industrial relations, and sustainable supply chains. He is most notably recognized for his leadership as the Chief Technical Advisor (Program Manager) for Better Work Bangladesh, a high-impact partnership between the UN’s International Labour Organization (ILO) and the World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation (IFC).

With over two decades of experience, Mr. Nugroho has dedicated his career to improving the lives of millions of workers while enhancing the competitiveness of global industries. During his tenure in Bangladesh, one of the world's largest garment-producing nations, he spearheaded initiatives that integrated gender equality, occupational safety, and rigorous labor compliance into the core of the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector.

Prior to his role in Bangladesh, he held key leadership positions within Better Work Indonesia, where he was instrumental in transitioning the program into an independent foundation. His strategic oversight has consistently bridged the gap between government policy, international buyers, and worker organizations.

As a member of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Nugroho brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge in international governance, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and social responsibility.
